Any adjunct instructors shall be approved by the Director of EMS prior to teaching and a resume or Curriculum Vitae will be provided. The vendor shall comply with any and all requirements of the State of NH.ġ6. The vendor shall provide a list of all agencies the vendor services.ġ5. The vendor must have at least one other EMS education contract pursuant to which vendor holds classes that Londonderry Fire Department personnel will be allowed to attend in order to make up missing classes at no extra charge.ġ4. Most classes will be scheduled on weekdays between 08 hours.ġ3. Londonderry Fire Department will work with the vendor on class scheduling. The vendor shall be fully insured for worker compensation, liability, and errors and omissions insurance.ġ2. This may include having to delay, reschedule, or provide additional classes due to emergency responses.ġ1. It is the vendor’s responsibility to ensure that students complete the requisite number of hours for their Refresher Training Program (RTP). Interruptions due to emergency calls will happen. The vendor shall recognize that the students are on-duty members of an active fire/EMS system. The vendor shall provide all cards and certifications to the Director of EMS.ġ0. An annual spreadsheet for each employee listing EMS Con-education topics, hours and dates attended will be provided to the Director of EMS (or his designee) on vendor letterhead.ĩ. These attendance rosters shall list the correct number of hours and course content. The vendor shall be responsible for submitting attendance rosters immediately following the completion of each day’s class to the Director of EMS (or his designee). Each group shall receive at least 36 hours of EMS training annually in accordance with the National Registry of EMTs and NH Department of Safety requirements for EMT, EMT-Basic, EMT-Intermediate, Advanced EMT, EMT-Paramedic and Paramedic refreshers, transitions, and continuing education. The vendor will be expected to provide each of the four Londonderry duty shifts with EMS Education.Ĥ. The vendor must be able to obtain a Course Reference Number (CREF#) from the NH Department of Safety, Bureau of EMS.ģ. The vendor must be a licensed and active New Hampshire Department of Safety, Bureau of EMS Instructor/Coordinator.Ģ.
